    Sabine Bulteel is a trusted advisor in executive education and development. Having held senior positions in the private and academic sectors, her reputation is built upon an emphatic and pragmatic approach to leadership development. Sabine is a qualified executive coach, and has experience across a range of industry sectors including Telecommunications, IT, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics,.... She has been a contributor to various industry conferences and forums, and writes on topics related to leadership and transformation. She has more than 20 years of experience in management and leadership, both at start-ups and multinationals in the ICT industry. She embraces change and finds most satisfaction in working in global teams.

    She has a track record of over 20 years marketing communication, corporate and product marketing in a global environment.

    In 1990 she graduated from the KU Leuven with a master’s degree in physics and completed her academic credentials with a postgraduate degree in information and media science, at the KU Leuven.

    Loopbaanbegeleiding

    We offers career coaching and career advice to students and professionals.

     

    Professionals die in Vlaanderen wonen kunnen voor loopbaanbegeleiding gebruik maken van loopbaancheques. Eucano is via haar partnerorganisatie Esensi, gemandateerd door de VDAB (Vlaamse overheid). Hierdoor kunnen werknemers of zelfstandigen in Vlaanderen die met een loopbaanvraag zitten, gebruik maken van de loopbaancheques om zich te laten begeleiden.     Eucano’s vision is to bring Talent Development, Business and the Individual closer to each other by offering Inspirational, Innovative and Impactful development programs, coaching, workshops and keynote talks.

     

    In our current economical and societal context, people, HR and Businesses are under big (financial) pressure. Talent is often misused and this adds additional costs for organizations to develop and grow the leaders of the future. Individuals often are part of HR systems and processes - like linear and vertical career development - often neglecting individual needs, and the career of top-talent can be stifled and misguided.

    As talented individuals look for meaningful contributions and want to bring value to the mission and purpose of organisations, we advice organisations to take both personal and professional goals into consideration. Organizations become contexts for entrepreneurship and creativity, and talents need to grow in this new reality.
